1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to www.quplast.com(the “Site”), operated by Quartzaline Plastic Trading LLC, a company registered in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trading under the brand name “Quplast” (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Quplast”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and Quartzaline Plastic Trading LLC governing your access to and use of the Site, including any content, functionality, products, and services offered through the Site, whether as a B2B trade customer, a B2C retail customer, or a casual visitor.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, placing an order, creating an account, or engaging with any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site. These Terms are effective as of 26 March 2026 and supersede all prior versions.

2. About Quplast

Quartzaline Plastic Trading LLC, operating under the brand Quplast, was established in 2021 in Dubai, UAE. We are a specialist supplier of food packaging, disposable household items, hygiene products, and cleaning supplies, serving the Food & Beverage, Consumer, Hospitality, and Healthcare industries.

Our product portfolio includes containers (round, rectangular, and oval), trays and plates, cups, bottles, cutleries, sauce cups, foil and paper products, bags, labels and stickers, customised boxes and meal boxes, dessert and crystal items, accessories, and hygiene and protection products. Materials range across food-grade plastics, bagasse (sugarcane fibre), kraft paper, PLA (compostable bioplastic), wood and bamboo, and aluminium foil.

We offer custom branding services including printed boxes, branded paper bags, and personalised packaging, managing the full project cycle from design through to delivery. Our warehouse and fulfilment operations are based at Warehouse 23, Al-Serkal Complex, Dubai Investment Park-1 (DIP-1), Dubai, UAE.

3. Eligibility

To use the Site and purchase products or services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• If placing an order on behalf of a business, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that business entity to these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, placing an order, or communicating with us.
• You must not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates these Terms or applicable UAE laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe that any eligibility requirements have not been met.

4. Account Registration and Security

Certain features of the Site may require you to register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information, including your full name, company name (if applicable), email address, telephone number, and delivery address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notify us immediately at sales@quplast.com or +971-56-2147000 if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if we suspect any breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Site.

5. Products and Services

5.1 Product Information and Accuracy

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and availability information on the Site are accurate and up to date. However:

• The actual product may vary from the images shown on the Site. Actual colours may vary depending on your device or viewing angle.
• Specifications are based on information supplied by our manufacturers and suppliers and should be used as a general guide only.
• We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, even if confirmed and paid. A full refund will be issued.

5.2 Custom Packaging and Branding Services

Quplast offers custom packaging services including branded boxes, printed paper bags, and personalised packaging. The following terms apply:

• Custom orders are subject to a separate quotation process. Pricing, lead times, and minimum order quantities will be agreed in writing before production commences.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that all artwork, designs, logos, and branding materials you provide do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Proof approvals are final. Once you approve a production proof, Quplast is not liable for any errors present in the approved proof.
• Custom and personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects attributable to Quplast.
• Colour reproduction in print may vary slightly from on-screen previews. Minor variations are inherent in the printing process and do not constitute a defect.

5.3 Wholesale and B2B Accounts

B2B trade customers may be eligible for wholesale pricing, dedicated account management, and additional services. B2B accounts are subject to the following:

• Trade pricing is available upon application and approval. Quplast reserves the right to accept or reject B2B account applications at its sole discretion.
• Wholesale pricing is confidential and intended solely for the approved account holder. Sharing of trade pricing with third parties is prohibited.
• B2B credit terms, if offered, will be set out in a separate commercial agreement. Payment is due strictly in accordance with the agreed credit terms.
• Quplast reserves the right to modify wholesale pricing, credit terms, or account privileges with reasonable notice.

6. Orders and Payment

6.1 Placing Orders

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance by Quplast. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when the product is dispatched from our warehouse and you receive a shipping notification.

6.2 Pricing and Taxes

All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate, where applicable, unless explicitly noted otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.

6.3 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards)
• Bank transfer / wire transfer (for B2B and wholesale orders)
• Cash on delivery (COD), where available and subject to order value limits
• Any other payment methods displayed at checkout

All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Quplast does not store your full credit or debit card details on our servers.

6.4 Order Cancellation by Quplast

We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or failure of payment verification. In the event of cancellation by Quplast, any payments already received will be refunded in full using the original payment method.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Quplast offers free delivery across the United Arab Emirates for orders meeting the applicable minimum order value. The following terms apply:

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Quplast shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.
• For international or export orders, additional shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and regulatory fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• A signature or other proof of delivery from the delivery address may be required and shall constitute evidence of delivery.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, photographs, product descriptions, software, design elements, page layouts, the Quplast and Quartzaline brand names, trademarks, trade dress, and the overall look and feel of the Site (collectively, “Content”), is the exclusive property of Quartzaline Plastic Trading LLC or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site and its Content solely for your personal or internal business purposes. This licence does not include:

• Any resale, commercial exploitation, or distribution of the Site or its Content
• Any collection or use of product listings, descriptions, images, or prices for competitive or commercial purposes
• Any derivative use of the Site or its Content
• Any downloading, copying, or account information harvesting for the benefit of a third party
• Any use of data mining, robots, spiders, scrapers, or similar automated data-gathering tools on the Site

10. User Content and Submissions

You may submit content to the Site, including product reviews, feedback, artwork for custom orders, enquiries, and other communications (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you:

• Grant Quplast a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, display, and distribute such User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Site.
• Represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licences, and consents to submit the User Content.
• Represent and warrant that the User Content does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable law.
• Acknowledge that Quplast is not obligated to use, publish, or display any User Content and may remove any User Content at its sole discretion.

You must not submit User Content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise objectionable or unlawful under UAE law.

11. Prohibited Uses

In using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site in any manner that violates any applicable federal, emirate, or international law or regulation of the UAE.
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Quplast, a Quplast employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• Use the Site for any purpose that is fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to Quplast, its customers, or any third party.
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, malware, or other malicious or technologically harmful material to the Site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt any part of the Site or its servers.
• Use any automated system, including robots, spiders, or scrapers, to access the Site without our express written permission.
• Engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the Site.
• Use the Site to collect or harvest personal information of other users without their consent.
• Place fraudulent orders, use stolen payment credentials, or engage in any form of payment fraud.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and may subject you to civil and criminal liability under UAE law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quartzaline Plastic Trading LLC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Site in violation of these Terms.
• Any User Content you submit, post, or transmit through the Site.
• Any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Any artwork, designs, or branding materials you provide for custom packaging orders that infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.
• Any fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activity conducted through your account.

15. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services that are not owned or controlled by Quplast. These links are provided solely for your convenience and reference. Quplast does not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, practices, or availability of any third-party websites or services. Quplast shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on any third-party website or service.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy, which has been prepared in compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

17. Force Majeure

Quplast shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government or regulatory authorities, wars, civil unrest, terrorism, strikes, industrial disputes, fire, flood, storms, supply chain disruptions, shipping delays, port congestion, sanctions, embargoes, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, or any other event constituting force majeure under UAE law.

18. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site and your account, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
• Non-payment or disputed payments
• At our sole discretion for any commercial or operational reason

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at sales@quplast.com. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligation to pay for products ordered prior to termination.

19. Modifications to These Terms

Quplast reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved as follows:
