Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Introduction
This Shipping and Delivery Policy (“Policy”) describes the delivery services, timeframes, charges, and obligations applicable to orders placed through www.quplast.com and via direct commercial agreements with Quartzaline Plastic Trading LLC, trading as Quplast.
Quplast operates its primary warehouse and fulfilment facility at Warehouse 23, Al-Serkal Complex, Dubai Investment Park-1 (DIP-1), Dubai, UAE — conveniently located near Jebel Ali Port to support both local and international distribution.
By placing an order with Quplast, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this Policy. This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use and Return & Replacement Policy.
2. Delivery Coverage
2.1 UAE Domestic Delivery
Quplast provides delivery across all seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Free delivery is available for qualifying orders that meet the applicable minimum order value.
2.2 International and Export Delivery
Quplast offers international and export delivery services for clients outside the UAE. International delivery is subject to a separate commercial quotation. International orders are affected by the following:
- Pricing, shipping method, carrier selection, and lead times will be agreed in writing prior to order confirmation.
- All applicable customs duties, import taxes, port charges, regulatory fees, and destination-country compliance requirements are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- Quplast will prepare and provide the necessary commercial documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading/airway bill) as required by the agreed trading terms (Incoterms).
- Risk of loss and damage passes in accordance with the agreed Incoterms for each shipment.

3. Delivery Timeframes
3.1 Standard Delivery
For orders placed before 2:00 PM Gulf Standard Time (GST) on any business day (Sunday to Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays), Quplast aims to deliver all standard in-stock products within 24 hours to any destination within the UAE.
3.2 Extended Delivery Scenarios
The following circumstances may result in delivery times beyond the standard 24-hour window:
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM GST will be processed on the next full business day.
- Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, or on a UAE designated public holiday will be processed from the next business day.
- Bulk or large-volume orders may require additional processing and packing time.
- Products requiring pick-and-pack assembly or special handling may require an extended lead time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
- Remote areas within the UAE, road closures, or adverse weather conditions may extend delivery times beyond our standard target.
- Custom or branded products are subject to production lead times as agreed in the relevant quotation or sales order confirmation.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond Quplast's reasonable control.
4. Order Processing
4.1 Order Confirmation
Upon placing your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation by email or WhatsApp, as applicable. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute final acceptance. Final acceptance occurs upon dispatch of the products from our warehouse. A separate dispatch and tracking notification will be sent at that time.
4.2 Order Modifications and Cancellations
Order modifications or cancellation requests must be submitted promptly to our sales team at sales@quplast.com or +971-56-2147000. Quplast will make best efforts to accommodate modification or cancellation requests, but cannot guarantee acceptance once an order has entered warehouse picking and packing operations. Custom and branded orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has commenced.
4.3 Business Operating Hours
Our sales and operations team is available:

Please note that the UAE weekend is Friday and Saturday. Orders received outside business hours will be processed on the next available business day.
5. Shipping Charges
5.1 Free UAE Delivery
Quplast offers free delivery across the UAE for orders that meet the applicable minimum order value, as displayed on the Site at the time of checkout. The minimum order value may vary by product category, promotional period, or account type.
5.2 Additional Charges
The following circumstances may attract additional shipping or handling charges:
- Orders that do not meet the minimum order value threshold for free delivery.
- Requests for expedited or same-day delivery outside our standard service.
- Products requiring special handling, temperature control, or oversized packaging.
- Re-delivery attempts resulting from failed delivery due to the customer's absence, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order.
- International and export shipments — charges will be detailed in the applicable commercial quotation.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you confirm and pay for your order.
6. Delivery Process and Customer Obligations
6.1 Address Accuracy
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided during checkout is complete, accurate, and accessible. Quplast shall not be liable for late, failed, or misdirected deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. Any additional delivery costs incurred due to address errors will be charged to the customer.
6.2 Receiving Your Order
You or an authorised recipient must be available to receive the delivery at the specified address. If access is restricted, please ensure that reception or security personnel are informed and authorised to accept the delivery on your behalf.
6.3 Inspection on Delivery
You are strongly advised to inspect your delivery upon receipt, before signing the delivery note or proof of delivery document. If any item is visibly damaged, missing, or does not match your order, you must note this on the delivery documentation and report the discrepancy to Quplast within 24 hours of receipt by contacting us at sales@quplast.com with photographic evidence and your order number. Failure to report within 24 hours may limit our ability to arrange a replacement or refund.
6.4 Proof of Delivery
A signed delivery note, electronic proof of delivery (ePOD), or acknowledgement by an authorised recipient at the delivery address constitutes conclusive evidence that the order has been delivered in accordance with your instructions. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery as evidenced by proof of delivery.
7. Failed, Refused, or Undeliverable Shipments
In the event that delivery cannot be completed, the following procedure applies:
- Our delivery partner will make a maximum of two (2) delivery attempts at the specified address. You will be notified of each failed attempt via the contact details provided in your order.
- After two failed attempts, the consignment will be returned to our warehouse at DIP-1.
- If a delivery fails due to reasons attributable to you (incorrect address, no one available to receive, refusal to accept), any re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
- If a delivery is refused without valid reason, or the consignment is returned to Quplast, we reserve the right to charge re-delivery fees or deduct return logistics costs from any applicable refund.
