4. Shipping the Product Back: The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse at Warehouse 23, Al-Serkal Complex, Dubai Investment Park I, Dubai – UAE. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

1. Inspection of Returned Product: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
2. Processing Refunds: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
